The data we collect

Data you give us: when you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, indicative budget and message. When you respond to one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you submit in the lead form, such as your name, phone number, email address and your answers. When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we receive the details you share with us. Data collected automatically: when you browse the website, cookies and similar technologies collect device and usage data, such as the pages you view, your approximate location and your browser type.

How we use your data

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, to arrange viewings, to send you information you request (such as the brochure), and to measure and improve our website and advertising. We rely on your consent and on our legitimate interest in presenting and selling the villas.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and the Meta Pixel to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to build advertising audiences. A small preference (for example, that you have closed an announcement) is stored in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics via tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and manage how Meta uses your data for ads at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Sharing with service providers

We share data only with the service providers that keep this website and our communication running — for hosting, email delivery, analytics and advertising. These providers process data on our behalf, or under their own policies for the embedded services. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside Thailand, for example in the United States or the European Union. Where they do, they apply recognised safeguards for international data transfers.

How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to the retention periods of the providers concerned.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when the website or our advertising changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
