2024年第三季度 ✓场地清理完毕，基础设施规划完成，土方工程启动。
基础工程
2024年第四季度 ✓八栋别墅地基浇筑完成，钢结构框架开始安装。
主体结构
2025年第一至二季度 ✓地上主体结构持续升高，所有别墅混凝土框架完工。
机电安装与精装修
2025年第三至四季度 ✓水电暖通系统安装进行中，室内精装修工程启动。
竣工与交付
2026年第一至二季度 — In Progress最终验收、景观绿化完工，正式向业主交付钥匙。
